1. Excellent machining performance: Fast cutting extruded zinc aluminum alloy is easy to be cut (turning, milling, pulling, planing, drilling, etc.), and its comprehensive performance is close to that of lead brass. It is internationally known as "white brass". This alloy can be used for cutting with higher cutting speed and deeper cutting depth. The chip is easy to break. The tool wear is equivalent to that of 60/40 brass. The finish and precision of the machined parts are high. The processing efficiency reaches more than 75% of lead brass. The parallel connection with the existing brass processing technology is barrier free. The blank can be directly electroplated or passivated without special treatment. 2. Good surface treatment effect: It is suitable for a variety of electroplating processes, including copper, nickel, chromium, tin, silver and ternary alloys. The finished products are free of pits and bubbles. The surface finish is very similar to that of copper plated products. There is no obvious corrosion phenomenon in the neutral salt spray test for 48 hours, and the rate of finished electroplating products can reach more than 98%. 3. The cold workability is close to that of lead brass: The mechanical properties are close to or even better than those of lead brass. The compressive strength is 400~470 MPa, the hardness is 100-140 HV, and the elongation is 15-24%. Cold bending 90 degrees without wrinkling 220 ℃ - 26 red punching is easy to form without cracking, air holes and sand holes, and the torque test can meet the requirements of most industry standards. 3. Good conductivity: The conductivity is similar to that of H62, and the conductivity is more than 28% (IACS), which is more than ordinary lead brass such as H59. It has broad application prospects in electronics, electricians, electrical and other industries. 4. High cost performance: The price of materials is only about 60% of HPb59-1, and the proportion of materials is only about 70% of HPb59-1. The cost of the same finished workpiece is only 40% of the cost of lead brass when using fast cutting extruded zinc aluminum alloy materials. Environmentally friendly materials can easily meet the environmental requirements of various countries: SGS authoritative report shows that the special zinc aluminum alloy for rapid cutting, cadmium (cd)<10ppm, lead (Pb)<50ppm, and other harmful substances such as mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (Cr6+), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) were not detected, fully meeting RoSH environmental standards. SGS test report and ICP analysis report of each batch of orders can be provided according to customer requirements. 6.
